Brrring on Chicago's January Runs, Climbs, and Plunges

It's Chicago and it's winter. You can choose to stay inside waiting for spring or choose to embrace the winter season. Here are a few reasons to start running, climbing, and plunging this winter:

  • Stay fit during the winter season.
Keep your exercise program going throughout the winter months so you will be ready when it is time to shed your winter gear. No dieting needed!

  • Challenge yourself.
Sign up for the January 31 Aon Step Up for Kids (the full climb is 80 floors and the half climb is 40 floors!).

  • Support a worthy cause.
Check out the event beneficiaries below. You may know some of them already or you may find a new organization to support.
