Updated April 9, 2019 Sweet, jewel-colored berries; juicy, ripe tomatoes fresh off the vine; fragrant herbs; colorful flowers . . . When and where is the next farmers market, you ask? Check out the Farmers Markets list below and find out! Farmers Market Payments Each farmers market is different. Many, but not all, markets accept the Illinois Link card, credit cards, and debit cards. Some markets also accept Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) checks. Markets often provide a dollar-for-dollar match, up to a specified amount, on qualifying Link purchases. This match may be made with funds raised by the market itself or with funds received through the Experimental Station's LINK Up Illinois program. Please review the website of the farmers market you are going to visit so there will be no surprises when you are ready to check out with all your fabulous fruits and vegetables. He
