Many, but not all, markets accept the Illinois Link card, credit cards, and debit cards. Some markets also accept Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) checks. Markets often provide a dollar-for-dollar match, up to a specified amount, on qualifying Link purchases. This match may be made with funds raised by the market itself or with funds received through the Experimental Station's LINK Up Illinois program. During the summer, you will find several free exercise classes offered in Chicago. Most are in the downtown Chicago area, making them easily accessible to both visitors and residents. There are also classes in various neighborhoods. These classes are outside (unless it is raining).
